If a business or service has the sticker shown on the right in their shop window it means they have done our Are You Inclusive training. You might also see it on their website or in their ads. The sticker means they will know how to make you feel welcome and meet your needs.
Inclusive Business Directory
You can find businesses and services that have done the Are You Inclusive training in different ways. There is an interactive map and a lookup table that can help you to search for the business or service that you need.
How the Program is Assisting Businesses and Services
We are helping businesses and services meet your customer service needs. Some of the ways we do this include:
Greet and serve you the way you would like to be greeted and served,
Offer information in different ways to make sure it is easy to understand,
Make other small changes to improve your customer experience,
Any business or service can be part of our program!

Make sure you use businesses and services that have our sticker. Let them know, that you’re glad that they have done it!
You can let your friends, family and carers know about the Are You Inclusive project.
You could ‘like’ our Are You Inclusive Facebook page.
If a business or service you already use doesn’t have the sticker, ask them to join the program.
You can give us feedback on a local business or service.
